Handle full cycle recruitment process and Develop effective hiring channel (e.g. Job Fair, Referral Scheme, …)
Assist in designing and developing various training & development programs for Asia Pacific Region and Hong Kong.
Participate in HR strategy and HR Project
(e.g. HRIS, Annual Budget Plan, Recruitment and Training plan, … )
Assist HR director to provide professional HR services to external and internal business partners
Review HR policies to ensure compliance to HK employment ordinance and other regulations
To coordinate and liaise with HR staff in subsidiaries (Oversea and PRC)
Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
At least 2 years' HR experience in MNC or sizable companies
Good management and coaching skills, with expertise in recruitment and selection preferred
Professional, mature and adaptable to fast pace working environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Officer
