Customer Service Clerk


Job Descriptions:

  • Handle incoming call and enquiry email, placing and processing customer orders.

  • To liaise with internal departments to resolve customer's complaints.

  • Update customer with shipment status, latest pricing, schedule, etc. from time to time proactively.

  • Follow up and coordinate with local and overseas customers’ in/outbound business.

  • Provide clerical support to Department.

JOB Requirements:

  • F.5 or above.

  • 2-3 years relevant experience mainly in Sea Freight preferred.

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin .

  • Good communication skill and manner with customers.

  • High caliber, well organize and team player .

  • Responsible to handle customer's enquiries, sales order follow-up, communicate with overseas and manage any assigned job .

  • Sincere, passionate, enthusiastic.
