Handle incoming call and enquiry email, placing and processing customer orders.
To liaise with internal departments to resolve customer's complaints.
Update customer with shipment status, latest pricing, schedule, etc. from time to time proactively.
Follow up and coordinate with local and overseas customers’ in/outbound business.
Provide clerical support to Department.
F.5 or above.
2-3 years relevant experience mainly in Sea Freight preferred.
Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin .
Good communication skill and manner with customers.
High caliber, well organize and team player .
Responsible to handle customer's enquiries, sales order follow-up, communicate with overseas and manage any assigned job .
